Recently, building upon years of developmental experience and following months of company-wide co-creation, KTech has officially launched its corporate culture system. This system is designed to foster internal consensus, enhance organizational effectiveness, and serves as a key initiative supporting the company's strategic objectives.


A Company-Wide Journey in Cultural Co-Creation

In the first half of this year, KTech officially launched its Corporate Culture Co-creation Project, marking the company's entry into a new phase of organizational development and corporate culture building. The initiative began with an open letter from MD to all employees, which outlined the strategic importance of cultural building, detailed the implementation roadmap, and called for active participation from everyone to collectively "empower every choice."

Following the launch of the Cultural Co-creation Project, all employees responded enthusiastically. The company subsequently conducted a series of activities, including a company-wide questionnaire survey, multiple rounds of 1v1 interviews with senior executives, and employee representative Workshops. Throughout their participation, employees engaged in profound reflection and discussion on the work of recent years, centering around three key objectives: " Identify bright spots worth passing to future; Remove invisible barriers blocking our strategy; Forge core behaviors that uphold our mission." Based on comprehensively gathered feedback, the HR department conducted rigorous analysis of substantial data and suggestions, and collaborated with management in multiple rounds of thematic discussions. Ultimately, the new cultural system of KTech was formally developed, fully incorporating employee insights and closely aligning with the company's vision and strategy.


Official Launch of the Corporate Culture System

The corporate culture system, embodying the dedication of all employees, was officially unveiled during the third-quarter Townhall. At the launch event, MD Mr. Yang Fan and Ms. Maline Laoitthi jointly led a comprehensive review of the months-long cultural co-creation journey, delivered in-depth interpretation of the cultural essence, and announced future initiatives for ongoing cultural refinement. Leveraging her profound industry insights, Ms. Maline Laoitthi elaborated on how the cultural system serves as a core competitive advantage for anchoring strategic direction and fostering unity amid intense market competition. From the perspective of KBank Group's long-term development, Mr. Yang Fan explained the profound significance of the culture in carrying forward the company's heritage while driving future strategic upgrades.



Several employee representatives took the stage to share their reflections on participating in the culture-building initiative, connecting their experiences to day-to-day practices in their respective roles. Their genuine stories vividly demonstrated that culture is not an abstract concept, but a behavioral guide closely linked to every employee's work, sparking strong resonance across the audience. Through systematic interpretation and sharing, the new cultural system gained widespread recognition among all staff members.

All employees serve as active participants in this process, expected to translate cultural values into daily practice and actively engage in related activities. Cultural development is an ongoing endeavor at KTech. The company conducts bi-annual culture improvement projects to systematically gather feedback, evaluate effectiveness, and drive optimization. Additionally, the annual October Culture Month serves as a platform to spotlight the contributions of Culture Ambassadors and role models, continuously fostering a vibrant cultural atmosphere.
