To recognize outstanding employees, set role models, and motivate all employees to achieve greater success, KTech held the 2024 Star Award Ceremony in June 2025. MD Mr. Yang Fan, Co-MD Ms. Maline Laoitthi, Department Heads, and all employees gathered together to witness this glorious moment. Through award presentations and MD & Co-MD speeches, the event fully demonstrated the company's recognition and encouragement for outstanding individuals and teams.
At the opening of the ceremony, MD Mr. Yang Fan delivered the opening speech. Reviewing the company's development journey, he specifically mentioned how various teams often face numerous uncertainties during project implementation, illustrating through concrete examples how teams overcame challenges to achieve success. He emphasized: "Success is never accidental but the result of multiple factors working together, including adaptability, perseverance, teamwork, and the anticipation and grasp of market opportunities." Concluding his speech, Mr. Yang expressed gratitude to all employees and acknowledged their contributions to the company.
Following the opening speech, the ceremony proceeded to the awards presentation segment. The MD and Co-MD announced the winners and presented trophies, with winners delivering acceptance speeches. The event presented four awards: Team Award, Collaboration Star, Outstanding Star, and Best Performer. The awards program encompasses a multi-dimensional evaluation system, recognizing excellence in team performance, cross-functional collaboration, and individual contributions. Through rigorous selection, two teams and six individuals stood out. DA Custodian/KYC and DUPPS project teams won the Team Award. Senior Project Manager Ms. Lin Jun and Senior Executive Secretary Ms. Feng Ling received the Collaboration Star Award. Test Senior Manager Ms. Guo Lihua and Senior Software Engineer Mr. Xu Dasheng were honored with the Outstanding Star Award. Blockchain Software Engineering Senior Manager Mr. Han Hui and Test Lead Ms. Liu Qin were awarded Best Performer.
In conclusion, Co-MD Ms. Maline Laoitthi delivered the closing speech. Drawing from her multinational professional experience, she shared challenges faced at different career stages, clearly stating that avoidance is never the solution while emphasizing the importance of lifelong learning.
