To recognize excellence, honor outstanding achievements, and strengthen team spirit, KTech held its 2025 Star Award Ceremony in March 2026. KTech MD Mr. Yang Fan, department heads, and all employees gathered to witness the annual celebration of glory, and to commend the breakthroughs and growth achieved over the past year.
The ceremony opened with a speech by MD Mr. Yang Fan. He noted that the industry is evolving rapidly, with challenges and opportunities coexisting at all times. He encouraged every colleague to maintain a learning mindset, continuously expand their capabilities, and not be limited by current skills or roles. He also urged everyone to deepen their expertise in fintech, embrace the wave of AI, and adapt to change with an open mind. During his address, he shared the company’s overall plan for the coming year and inspired all staff to strive together.
Following the speech, the awards ceremony officially began. The host announced the list of winners, and Mr. Yang Fan presented trophies and certificates to each award-winning individual and team. Winners took turns sharing their thoughts, reflecting on their achievements over the past year and expressing strong determination for future work, creating a warm and inspiring atmosphere.

d across teamwork, innovation, professional contribution, and business performance. In total, 1 outstanding team and 6 exceptional individuals were honored.
Team Award: K Plus APP Team
As the core delivery team for KBank’s first mobile application project in China, the K Plus APP Team faced three major challenges: new business scenarios, strict compliance requirements, and high security standards. Despite tight schedules and limited budgets, the team collaborated closely and responded flexibly. Leveraging efficient coordination and solid professional expertise, they achieved all project milestones on schedule, with zero delays and zero budget overruns, delivering a high-quality product to clients and demonstrating KTech’s strong professional capabilities.

Innovation Star: Mr. Carl Zhang
Carl maintains a proactive and exploratory spirit in technological innovation. Focused on real business needs, he actively promoted the application of generative AI in business scenarios. Through continuous testing and scheme optimization, he successfully achieved a win-win of technology empowerment and business growth. Unafraid to explore new fields, he used sharp industry insights and innovative thinking to effectively meet user needs, driving the company’s technological innovation and transformation.
Collaboration Star: Mr. Koen Guo
As a vital link within the team, Koen combines rigorous project management skills with excellent cross-departmental collaboration abilities. In leading key departmental projects, he took a forward-looking approach to overall planning, proactively coordinated resources, and precisely resolved risks and bottlenecks. With strong cohesion, he led the team to overcome difficulties, ensuring steady project progress and laying a solid foundation for successful delivery.
Outstanding Star: Ms. Minmin Dai
In 2025, Minmin served as Test Manager for the Lending Write-off and ZhongAn projects, responsible for overall project quality control. Facing challenges including inexperienced team members and tight deadlines, she took the initiative and planned strategically. She led the team to strengthen professional learning and improve testing capabilities, while efficiently coordinating with business and development teams. With meticulous attention to detail, she completed full-process testing and ensured successful project launch, earning high praise from partners and end-users.
Best Performer: Mr. Dasheng Xu
During the K Plus APP project, Dasheng prioritized client needs throughout communication and requirement management, calmly handling feedback and changes. Under pressure of time and resource constraints, he worked closely with the mobile team, utilizing solid technical skills and strong execution to complete system design and development, delivering all project requirements to high standards and embodying responsibility through results.
Best Performer: Mr. Bryce Huang
As the quality lead for the Custodian project, Bryce served as a key bridge between client needs and technical implementation. He accurately interpreted core client requirements and clearly communicated them to the development team, while maintaining high-quality control throughout the project lifecycle and resolving issues promptly. His professionalism and rigor ensured smooth project delivery, enhanced client satisfaction, and played a critical role in delivering excellent products.

With the final acceptance speech, the ceremony concluded with warm applause from all attendees.
