On November 28, 2025, KTECH successfully held its inaugural AI Hackathon. The event focused closely on addressing core pain points in real business scenarios, with participation from company leadership and all employees. Through cross-departmental, multi-functional team formations, and within an open, collaborative atmosphere, participants systematically carried out end-to-end innovation practices—from problem discovery and solution ideation to prototype development—fully demonstrating KTECH’s spirit of exploration and practical capabilities in the field of AI technology application.
From Strategy to Practice: A Company-Wide Deep Dive into AI
This Hackathon represents one of KTECH’s initiatives to advance the strategic goal of “Build AI-powered organization” from the enterprise level to full-scale, hands-on implementation. The event aimed to systematically cultivate AI thinking within teams, accelerate the translation of innovative ideas into outcomes, and further strengthen organizational collaboration. Six cross-functional teams composed of employees from technology, product, HR, finance, and other functions engaged in intensive technical development and co-creation within a limited timeframe.

Six Innovative Projects: From Technical Tools to Business Enablement
Allied AI Team introduced the “Development Impact & Test Scope Analysis Platform” which uses AI to automatically trace the impact scope of code changes and intelligently match relevant test cases, aiming to improve test coverage and accuracy while significantly optimizing collaboration efficiency between R&D and testing.
Intelligent Replier-IR Team developed the intelligent Q&A assistant “K‑Ask” building a corporate knowledge base covering HR, finance, strategy, and other domains. It enables employees to quickly access information through natural language interaction, with potential for expansion into more business scenarios.
Re-lax AI Lab Team created “CaseForge AI” an AI-driven tool for intelligent test case generation and review. It automatically parses requirement documents to generate test cases, supports difference comparison and quality assessment, and helps improve end-to-end software testing efficiency.
K‑Link Team built an AI-powered intelligent collaboration platform that deeply integrates office collaboration and R&D management processes, creating a one-stop smart workspace designed to break down information silos and enhance team coordination and task flow efficiency.
Synapse Team focused on corporate management scenarios and launched “OperAI” which supports querying and managing work-hour data via natural language, combined with AI-driven analysis of work hours and resources, helping enterprises visualize and optimize management operations.
Tailwind Team targeted the financial management domain with the “KTech Financial Data AI Analysis Tool,” leveraging large-model capabilities to automate financial data processing, pattern recognition, and intelligent report generation, freeing up human resources for higher-value decision analysis.
From Intense Competition to Shared Value: Where Collaboration and Technology Converge
During the event, each team completed solution design, technical implementation, and prototype demonstration under tight time constraints. In the presentation session, all teams conducted company-wide roadshows. The judging panel evaluated the projects comprehensively across dimensions such as innovation, business value, technical execution, and presentation delivery, while the live audience actively engaged with questions and discussions, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
A representative from the judging panel remarked, “What is most inspiring is not only the breakthroughs at the technical level, but also seeing colleagues from different departments and diverse backgrounds achieve deep collaboration around a common goal, using ‘AI’ as the connecting thread.”
After multiple rounds of evaluation and live voting, the K‑Link Team was awarded the title of “Winner Team” for the completeness, practicality, and forward-looking nature of its AI collaboration platform. Additionally, the same team and the Re-lax AI Lab Team (Smart Case Workshop) jointly received the “Most Popular Award,” selected by live audience vote.

Beyond the Competition: Building an Ecosystem for Sustained Innovation
This AI Hackathon was more than just a technical contest—it marked a significant milestone in KTECH’s efforts to build an innovation‑driven culture and embed AI thinking deeply into business practices. Moving forward, KTECH will continue to foster open and collaborative innovation platforms, encouraging every employee to become an active participant in technology‑driven initiatives and a catalyst for business innovation, thereby continuously creating business value and empowering the future of the industry through technological advancement.
